Sunday, May 2 Spring Social and Dinner Our Spring Social is just around the corner, and we have planned an outstanding buffet to be catered by Fabulous Food Caterers. Starting at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails, the menu includes such taste tempters as fresh seasonal fruit display, garden fresh vegetables with sun dried tomato dip, and warm spinach and artichoke dip baked with freshly grated parmesan cheese and served with crispy garlic pitas. And that is just a sampling of the hors d'oeuvres. At 7:00 p.m. there will be a dinner buffet of creamy caesar dressing served over crisp romaine lettuce with freshly grated parmesan cheese and herbed croutons. There will be baskets of freshly baked breads and rolls. The main course is oven-roasted breast of chicken filled with sun dried tomatoes, provolone cheese, and garlic on pesto beurre blanc. And, of course, dessert lovers will be able to enjoy a selection of assorted petite sweets, confections, and pastries. So PLEASE save your appetites for this feast! Our sponsor for the Spring Social is Scottsdale Audi. Our sincere thanks to them and Craig Lindsay for providing the opportunity for all of us to enjoy this special evening together. Come and enjoy the surprise! Please bring your spouse or date and join us on Sunday evening, May 2nd, for an enjoyable event with fabulous food and exceptional company. __________________________________

Spring Social ` The Spring Social features an opportunity for you to tour the Botanical Gardens anytime before sunset. You are welcome to arrive whenever you prefer, and when you state that you are there for the FEI Spring Social, you will be admitted free of charge. Once there, you are free to tour the gardens and enjoy time on your own. Our event will take place in the Webster Auditorium, the Eliot Patio, and the Ullman Terrace, so please wander that direction anytime from 6:00 p.m. on. That is the reason we suggest comfortable walking shoes and business casual dress. (Gentlemen, no shorts, please.) ` |
